Claire - Owner & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Claire (she/her) is the dedicated owner of Sandstone Mental Health, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her practice. Since starting in 2020, Claire has been committed to providing accessible and collaborative mental health care. Her extensive background spans community mental health, substance use treatment, and private practice, offering a comprehensive approach to mental health care. Claire specializes in treating severe and persistent mental illnesses, including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, and is particularly focused on transitional aged youth. She believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health journey, fostering a partnership that promotes advocacy and holistic well-being.

What conditions do you treat?
We treat a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.
Do you offer therapy and medication management?
Yes, we provide both psychotherapy and medication management as part of our comprehensive treatment approach.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Can you prescribe stimulants?
Due to state regulations, we are unable to prescribe stimulants such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, and Concerta.
Do you provide assessments for work or school accommodations?
We perform assessments for Family and Medical Leave of Absence (FMLA), short and long-term disability, and work/school accommodations on a case-by-case basis after a minimum of three provider appointments.
What services are not offered at Sandstone Mental Health?
We do not offer medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, emotional support animal letters, neuropsychological assessments, autism spectrum disorder assessments, or psychiatric assessments for disability determination.
